Hi, I’m Jennie — a Creative Producer and former motion designer who loves turning creative chaos into clarity.
I’ve spent over a decade in the creative industry, starting out in 2D animation and broadcast design before shifting into production and creative operations. Today, I help teams bring ideas to life through clear communication, smart workflows, and systems that keep projects moving smoothly from concept to delivery.
I’m the founder of Dreck Studio, a women-forward motion design studio, and co-founder of Mothers of Mograph, a global community supporting moms in motion design. I’ve produced 120+ projects for brands like Meta, Salesforce, AWS, and The Wall Street Journal—building diverse creative teams, streamlining pipelines, and managing multi-deliverable campaigns with precision and care.
I currently focus on fractional production and operations roles, partnering with studios, agencies, and independent teams to deliver high-quality creative work with less friction and more flow.
When I’m not wrangling schedules or creative feedback, you’ll probably find me deep in a conversation about creative equity, sketching out a new workshop, or hanging out with my husband and kiddo.
